Charming home in prime South Eugene, by Amazon Park, lovely modern kitchen, large/fully fenced back yard (10,018 sq ft) with new covered Trex deck, covered front porch, nicely landscaped stone pathways, raised garden beds. Pets allowed. Wood floors, one bedroom has private access to back deck, 2 organic king-sized mattresses, extra sofa bed, washer & dryer, TV with Roku, Wi-Fi, EV charging upon request, ecofriendly. non-toxic products used for cleaning. Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please message me when you depart, pick up after pets & put in the trash (grocery bags below kitchen sink). Leave trash& recycling outside below steps to the side gate entrance, under the little roof.
Please open/close blinds gently, supporting them. Put used sheets, towels & rags in washing machine and start the wash before you leave. Detergent is on top of washer. Thank you!
Please recall pets are not allowed on furniture/sheets etc and there is an extra charge for pet hair removal. If you need it the vacuum is in the laundry room.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Host was super responsive when I had a question. Property was clean and ready to go. In and out very easy. The large fenced yard was a big reason I rented for the pets we were bringing and it was great. Easy property to get to with access to what we needed nearby. Happy with the rental.

This was a perfect place to stay for me to relax and practice before an audition. The back yard was lovely and it was great to listen to the crickets in the evening while sitting on the back deck. I would totally stay here again.

Check-in process was very easy. Later than typical for check-in time (5PM) and earlier than typical checkout time (10AM) so not the best for a one night stay with kids. Would be better for adults only or older children. Not recommend for young kids (prek/elementary ages). Heating units around the home and ceiling vent in the bathroom were filthy covered in dust. Baseboards were filthy as well. Cleaning was surface level at best, not deeply cleaned. Shelves were dusty. Found pet hairs in both beds and made note of it to the host, they restated their pet policy and offered to come see, we declined having the host come over. Just note, there will be pet hair on bedding despite the listing strictly prohibiting pets on furniture. There is no blind or curtain coverage on the main front window which makes privacy in the living room area difficult to obtain. Host is an author and has their book displayed in the home.

A wonderful large private fenced yard with covered patio. Great for our dog outside and inside (hardwood and tile, no carpet) Comfortable older home in convenient family neighborhood. A great stay!
