Location, Location, Location. First Location - City - This property is in the perfect location in Lincoln City. It is in the heart of the city with close access to everything nearby. Second Location - Beach - A small staircase to the beach is all it takes to get to the beach. A lot of locations in Lincoln City are on the cliffs and require a ton of stairs to get to the beach. Third Location - Condo - First thing when you get in, slide the love seat in front of the big window to watch the waves. Open the little window by the floor to hear them. This is where you should spend a lot of your time. The view is really what sets this place apart and makes it a great choice. Bring a pair of binoculars for whale watching. The Condo itself is nice. Everything was maintained and in working order. Communication was excellent and it was a really easy check in process.
