We used this property for a company off-site with 15 people. The house was super clean, the main den was big enough for us all to be in one place and everyone seemed to enjoy the amenities.
Team meeting - everyone gathered outside of the house with big smiles :)

Beautiful home! Plenty of interior and exterior space. Good value. Nice hosts. Great communication. Easy access to Travelers Rest and Greenville. It was the perfect place to host our extended family for a wedding at South Wind Ranch.

The house was everything I expected and more. The host were excellent to deal with, I had some special requests and they were more than accommodating. The house is huge and with the guest house it slept 8 adults and 2 children comfortably with beds to spare. My family has already talked about using it again. They pool is gigantic and a breeze to use
