This cute and inviting property is located on the river that connects Intermediate & Hanley Lake. Being within the Upper Chain of Lakes allows boat access to various lakes. Enjoy waterfront views from the sunroom, back yard, or oversized dock. Premier location with just a short walk to the downtown shops. Grab the kayaks or paddle board for an adventure. Sit on the oversized dock and enjoy the tabletop fire. Fish off the dock and catch picturesque fish. Cook up meals on the Blackstone or grill located on the dock. Gather around the camp fire in the backyard. Or simply relax in the cozy cabin on the water for a perfect getaway!

Cute little cottage, peaceful and quiet locale. Riverfront access right at the mouth of the lake made it super convenient for kayaking. We’ll be staying here again.

We had an amazing time! Came up to celebrate my son’s 15th birthday and he said it was his best trip! Beautiful property, so relaxing and we enjoyed everything it had to offer! The host was so welcoming and truly made us feel at home!

It was just as the pictures looked… cozy and peaceful and a beautiful comfortable deck on the river! Aerial was a great hostess and has everything u needed and more for our stay. Central Lake downtown very cute and walkable and fun and she gave great local recommendations! Neighbors even friendly and nice!! Can’t wait to stay again.

This location is the quintessential northern Michigan cabin. The deck is well built and incredibly relaxing - love the gas fire pit! It was fun watching the boats go by while we fished. The cabin is small but plenty of space for the queen blowup mattress since we needed another bed. No dishwasher but had all the amenities you would expect. The bathroom might be tight for bigger people but again, had everything we needed. We’d love to come back to this friendly town and to this cabin!

The host is very friendly and helpful. The outside cooking area was pretty dirty. They need to do alittle dusting under the beds and the window sills. Other then those things it was nice.

We had a great stay! The cottage was adorable, very clean, and just as described. It was the perfect little weekend getaway. We enjoyed visiting Elk Rapids, Bellaire, and Traverse City during the days, and then sitting around a crackling fire in the firepit at night! Thanks for a relaxing stay, we thoroughly enjoyed your cute cabin!

We loved our stay at the cabin!! It was spotlessly clean and well equipped. It homey, but not so much so that we felt like the owner was looking over our shoulders the whole time we stayed. The bed was so comfortable!! The setting was relaxing and casual, we enjoyed the fire pits, the kayaks and spent most of our time fishing, enjoying the water, the weather and the vibe! 10/10 recommend and cannot wait to go back!!

Would rate our stay ten stars if we could!! The cabin was beautiful and so clean when we arrived and Aeriel even left us and our pets a welcome goodie basket! Check in and out process was very easy and we had the best weekend enjoying waterfront grilled dinners, a camp fire and kayaking down Intermediate River. Aeriel provided us with a ton of awesome recommendations and was super available whenever we had any questions. Can’t recommend staying here enough and we will definitely be back!

Well maintained property inside and out. So welcoming and very clean inside. Beds comfortable in both rooms. Host, Adriel, is awesome and available to answer questions from booking to check out. New A/C worked great! Well stocked with anything you would need. Central Lake is a nice small town to visit and close to many places for day trips. If just needing a nice get away the cottage is a great choice with fire pits , solid dock, river views and kayaks available. Plan to book next year for a longer stay!
