The place was exactly as expected, close the park and other fun stuff, perfect for kids. Parth was super communicative and helpful throughout. Would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was nice and spacious, with plenty of activities for kids and adults. Parth was very responsive and helpful with reminders and check-ins. We loved the pool, fire pit, and game room. Would definitely recommend and book again if going back to the area.

Overall we had a wonderful stay! Parth was great! Super helpful and very easy to communicate with! The only things I would change were the location, the house was in a very run down sketchy neighborhood and the house and game room smelled very moldy/mildewy. Other than that it fit our needs perfectly!!

We’d like to clarify that our home is tucked away in the woods, where many guests enjoy the privacy, while still being just minutes from New River Gorge, local attractions, and downtown Fayetteville. The game room is detached from the main house and doesn’t have central heating or air conditioning, so humidity can occasionally be noticeable during certain weather conditions. We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to provide the best possible experience for our guests.

Very spacious house. Nice yard. We enjoyed the outside firepit area. Game room was freezing but the kids loved it. We didn’t get to use the pool because it was snowing but it looked like a nice setup.

Property was clean and spacious, house located on a quiet street, nice swimming pool in the back yard but gate near the pool for access to the fire pit was stuck and would not open. Also no rock climbing wall as advertised. It was nice to see deer coming around in the back yard.Comfortable beds with bathroom for most bedrooms. Very nice to have instant hot water with a tankless water heater.
