We were a group of 6 adults and 3 kids and the house fit us perfectly. The outdoor space was great for morning coffee and evening beverages. The room sizes were good and the location to Main Street and the surrounding areas was convenient.

We had an amazing stay!! This is our fourth year in a row staying at this property, and it has been excellent each time. The house is always immaculate and well stocked. The hosts are amazing! We will be back!

We had an amazing stay at Rosey's. The house was adorable and had so much character! Melody and Chris were excellent hosts and went above and beyond with extra amenities. We had everything we could possibly need. We highly recommend this home when visiting Lititz! We'll be back!

We had our family of four and my brother-in-law and his family of four stay together at this property and it was perfect for our group. The outdoors seating was really lovely for breakfasts outside or a glass of wine by the fire as we chatted into the evening. The home was well-appointed with all that we needed. The four cousins enjoyed sleeping together in the attic room, as well! Thank you for hosting us!

Absolutely wonder stay, again!! This is our third year in a row staying here, and it has been spectacular each time!! The house is gorgeous and so well stocked. The owners are fabulous! We have already booked the house again for next year, and can’t wait!

Wedding weekend

We enjoyed our stay at Rosey’s Guest House. It is beautifully decorated and a very comfortable place to stay. The outdoor space is inviting, adults and kids loved the play house.

Great location for a family wanting to explore Lititz

Very clean and well equipped house; just ten minutes walk to visit family in nearby Luther Acres, which was ideal for us. Melody was very helpful and responsive in sorting out a few problems for us, during our stay. We'd definitely want to stay again!

Charming place

We decided to stay here while in the area for a tournament. The place is adorable! Love the decor, like it’s right out of a magazine. Loved the goats and chickens! Downtown Lititz also charming. Would definitely stay here again

Our cousins weekend was made even more special because of the thoughtful greeting we received from Melody! The house is absolutely adorable with every amenity you can think of! We are already planning our next stay!

Wonderful home

Best stocked VRBO rental ever. Everything is at your fingertips. Owner was nice enough to let us know the house was available earlier in the day. Definitely will stay here again.

A cute historical property - clean and had everything we needed! Chris and Melody were welcoming and incredibly responsive. We appreciated their help with recommendations for dinner etc. We had a great time!

Perfect getaway!!

This was our 2nd time staying here, and it has been perfect both times!! The hosts are spectacular, and have seen to every little detail. The house is immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. The fire pit outside is an added bonus. The location is quiet and peaceful, but within driving or walking distance to nearby restaurants, shops, and attractions. We would stay here anytime we are traveling to the area.

2nd Time Around

This is our 2nd time staying at Rosey's, and it only got better. They updated several things like the backyard that have really made the home feel even more homey and welcoming. Everything was well provideded and accessible. We all enjoyed our stay and the town of Lititz is so charming. Hope to come again a 3rd time.
