About this property

Studio Condo (Newly Renovated) - 150' to Beach 20 min to Portland

Modern, newly renovated beach cottage with a funky industrial vibe. Located across the street from the beach, just about a 2 minute walk to reach the sand.

Quick drive (15 - 20 minutes) to Portland and walk or bike to Old Orchard Beach.

Our unit is located across the street from the beach, making it the ideal location for your next beach vacation! Located 2 doors away from the local market and deli, grab a sandwich and head to the quiet local stretch of Pine Point beach.
Space
Our unit is ~200 sq ft of function and style. We are proud of all of the unique functional features of our home. It has a full sized shower as well as a queen sized Murphy bed, making small-space living extra comfortable. Can also be rented with the unit next-door, which is separated by a locking pocket door.

Neighborhood overview
We live in a condominium complex on East Grand. You won't be able to see the beach from our unit, but if you walk two houses down, you'll see it from Oak St. There's a restaurant and a market within a few doors of our complex, so you'll have no trouble getting what you need on foot (Seasonal).
Getting around
We have a parking spot directly in front of the unit for your use. Trash is disposed of at the back end of the complex, just a minute's walk.

Everything we needed for a short weekend visit. Bike rental within walking distance, restaurants close and delicious. Our room was clean and tidy, very small, box-like. Bring earplugs, the walls are paper thin, can hear everything in room next door including traffic on the street. Trash cans for all units right outside door, gets busy and noisy.

I stayed in Unit 15. Had lots of dishes, cookware, refrigerator, stove. She thought of everything you might need. Ground Green Mountain coffee was there. The murphy bed was comfortable. The area is quiet. The room is small but we did fine (my husband and I). So close to walk to beach (ocean). The door open and locking system was great. Automatic sensor lights outdoors was a plus. Garbage and recycling right outside the door. The room had a woman's touch with lots of beach decor, hooks and details. I really loved our stay here!
