This fabulous house in Kansas City offers guests a brilliant stay with 2 bathrooms
one bedroom (sleeps 2). Sofa bed in game room. There is also a 2nd bedroom available upon request with extra charge. House can sleep max of 6 guests. The property also features many amenities including a
large spacious back yard, fire pit, bbq grill and game room. Make your stay one for the books with a stay at my place.

Ray is a GREAT owner and based upon our experience he's going to be awesome at this!! He went out of his way to make sure all our needs were met. We didn't get to stay long and what a shame because this place was great! Very clean and everything you could possibly need. Ping pong table was fun and the back deck and porch had tv's so that was awesome. Laundry room was great, brand new comfy bed. Even thou I didn't have my dogs on this trip all the pet stuff was amazing and so heart-felt. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to everyone!

I had a very positive first impression from the owner, Ray was very responsive to questions and clear in communicating. Check in was simple and communicated clearly.The house was spotless and more equipped than any property I have previously reserved. Ray thought of everything and more than could possibly have been required for a short term, or even a longer-term stay.He had provided a list of details to provide further information.The fenced yard was perfect for our dog. A water dish and treats were also provided.The sunroom was a favorite spot and the deck would be perfect in a different season.Check out was easy and organized.We were extremely pleased with our stay and will not hesitate renting this house during our next visit to Kansas City.Excellent in every way!
