This is a very nice cottage in a quiet setting. It is nicely decorated, well equipped, and clean. The property description is as listed. I would stay here again.

Loved staying at this house. The house was clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. We were able to enjoy the porch and deck and found our time there to be relaxing. Super fun to have deer visit us each day. We will choose this house again next time we’re in Sparta.

Very clean Only use 2-ply toilet tissue- I don’t know how they can get it any thinner!!Maybe an extra towel bar and grab bar in primary suite.Otherwise, very nice, beautiful place.

Well equipped property with close proximity to town. The neighborhood is very quiet, with beautiful scenery, and wildlife! We had a family of deer visit both evenings. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

The house itself is a cute little three bedroom. Nice front porch and back deck. Very nice view off the back deck. The inside had comfortable furniture and the decor was welcoming but not overwhelming. Extra outdoor chairs in one of the closet bedrooms were helpful. The electronic lock for getting in and out of the house was easy to use. Everything at the property was as described. We didn't have to go searching too far for things that we needed to use, like kitchen items. All the appliances were in good working order. The neighborhood was very nice. We took a couple of walks and there are some great views around the neighborhood (see pics cs). But it is very hilly so be ready for a bit of a workout ;-)
