Escape to our 2-bed, 1-bath retreat in a 9-cottage oasis on quiet Cyprus Ave. Surrounded by lush gardens and swaying palms, enjoy two heated pools and a peaceful setting just a 2-minute stroll to Clearwater Beach. Inside, relax in a bright living space with modern décor, turquoise accents, and cozy bedrooms. Close to shops and restaurants, spotless, and a perfect beach getaway.


We provide all bedding, bath towels, and beach towels for your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals, including cookware, servingware, microwave, coffee maker with filters, toaster, blender, electric kettle, and salt & pepper.
Each unit includes wireless internet, an iron and ironing board, and a hairdryer. To get you started, we supply paper goods (paper towels, garbage bags, and a few rolls of toilet paper). Guests are responsible for replenishing these items during their stay. Dish soap and hand soap are provided.
For your convenience, there are complimentary washers and dryers on-site

the property has been redone, Everything appeared new. It was too cool to enjoy the pool but it is a in private and pretty setting. The bungalow is just a couple of blocks to Frenchy's on the beach and close to all finds of stores and restaurants. everything from tiki type bars to fine dining. The host was very responsive to our questions and concerns. I would highly recommend this rental

Very cute cottage! The location was perfect walking distance to the beach and town. No coffee filters! Coffee maker needs to have vinegar ran through it ! It was used with no filters before!

The house was easy to find, easy to check in and so close to the beach and shops/food. Parking was available and walking to the beach was great. This was perfect for my little family with a 2.5 year old and a 3month old. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable! To top it off, my husband left his pillow (it is a purple pillow brand so expensive) the host was so kind in getting the pillow and shipping it back to us! We thought this place was great and the price can’t be beat for the location!

This location was perfect. Charming place. We walked each day and night to eat and shop on Mandalay Bay Ave. Stayed for 3 nights for a beach volleyball tournament in Sand Key (5 min drive). Parking was easy. Kitchen had everything we needed, portable stove, small fridge, coffee pot, hot kettle. Plenty of bath and beach towels. Smart tv in the living room and in 1 of the bedrooms. The decor was nice and new. Beds were memory foam and comfy. We happened to meet the owner and he let us know to contact him if we needed anything at all. We didn't use the pools. Would definitely stay here again.
