Welcome to your fully renovated, private, two level oasis located in the heart of Midtown with a 600 sq ft private rooftop (with bay and city views) and 120 sq ft balcony.
This space was designed to feel like you're in a thriving desert oasis with natural and organic elements weaved into its creation.
At our penthouse you have a private balcony and a spiral staircase leading to your own ROOFTOP lounge surrounded by cacti resting in earthy pottery.

At the end of the street you can sit by the bay, at night you can return to your rooftop and watch the sunset.
Note: we do not have an oven in the kitchen however, we do provide an air fryer. Plug in stove top for cooking stored in kitchen cabinets. All appliances are hidden behind cabinets as part of the kitchen design.
