This beautiful furnished 4 bed, 2.5 bath home is nestled right in the heart of Franklin. It is available for short term or long term rental for anyone moving or working for long periods of time in the Franklin, Brentwood area.
The house is fully stocked with the highest quality furnishings for your enjoyment and leisure. High speed internet and cable are available for your use. There is an open floor plan with a huge sunroom that have projector with 100inch screen. The outdoor deck is just off the sunroom as well.

The kitchen features with new appliances and all the cooking utensils you need so you don't have to worry about dining out each meal.
Kruger, Target, Panera brad and a shopping mall that has plenty of restaurants is within 5 min drive from the house.

The downstairs master bedroom includes a king size bed, 50inch flat screen tv and a full walk in closet. The master bath has a walk in shower and full size vanity.

There are 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom upstairs. The 2 queen size beds bedroom has a flat screen TV and large closet. The second bedroom has one queen size bed, and walk in closet, the third bedroom has queen size bed, and a large closet.

Guests also have full access to the outside backyard patio area, including the fire pit. There is a nice large deck off of the sunroom with electric grill, outdoor table with 4 chairs, It's the perfect place to unwind from a long days of work!

Girlfriend trip

Four middle aged women stayed in Franklin for a long weekend. House was very clean and was in a lovely neighborhood. It was a great location for exploring Franklin and the surrounding area. We had a comfortable stay and had plenty of room to spread out.

What a lovely house!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was as pictured but the neighborhood was spectacular. There was a wonderful greenspace perfect for walking. It was a quick 10 minute drive into Franklin.

Great place! Great location.

This neighborhood was so cute and inviting! The house was absolutely gorgeous! Itay provided all the information prior to check in and getting in the home was a breeze. We were allowed to store our luggage in the garage prior to check in. I loved the decorations and the beds were so comfy. The kitchen appeared newly renovated too! The sun room with the movie projector was the best and we hung out in there a lot! Just a note for future guests, the bathroom upstairs is small so, I used the half bath to do my hair and makeup. I would bring a hanging bag for toiletries for anyone staying upstairs. There was plenty of towels though! Also, upstairs is a bit warmer than downstairs, so those that stayed downstairs wore hoodies so that upstairs could be more comfortable. If you are staying in the winter, there is a space heater provided in one of the bedrooms. Also, there is an inflatable bed in the closet upstairs if you need an additional bed. The WiFi was rather fast! The kitchen has plenty of utensils and pots and pans. The house was very clean when we arrived. I will definitely be staying here again when I visit Franklin again!

Lovely stay in Franklin

We booked this property to be near Franklin and Nashville for Christmas. We were a party of 7 and had plenty of space in this home. I will note that while the rest of the property was incredibly clean, the cooking utensils were not. We were only able to use a few of the pots and pans, as the others were coated with old food and some substance we could not even clean off. There were also no spices, few glasses/cups and plates, causing us to have to run the dishwasher multiple times a day to accommodate. Also, there is nowhere in the house for a larger party to sit down, other than the dining table. The projector in the back room was very nice but the seating did not allow for everyone in there at once. I agree with some of the other reviews that the two chairs by the fireplace should be replaced with sofas, so all can sit down there. This was a big deal for us as we were there during the snow storm and bitter cold temps, so had almost 2 full days of being in the house. Other than these things, it was a lovely property close to Franklin and about 30 min from Nashville. We enjoyed our stay and had great communication from the property manager.

Great place to be snowed in

We were snowed in for a day of our stay and the home was a very cozy place to be indoors all day. The fireplace and cozy couch made for great conversation spaces. The kitchen was clean and equipped with what we needed to prep food for the day.

Beautiful house with great location!!

This was a beautiful house in a safe neighborhood. It seems like a quiet nice neighborhood but is only 5 minutes from Kroger, restaurants with live music and fun, ice cream shoppe, etc. The area is beautiful! Easy to get to Nashville and Lieper’s Fork and Franklin. The beds slept wonderfully!! Would definitely recommend!!

Wedding Weekend - Great Location

The hosts were amazing and responded so quickly to everything. We were in town for our son's wedding and had several family members and friends staying with us on different nights. No one was left out or uncomfortable. The place was clean - the big screen projection so appreciated during March madness - and the neighborhood was felt incredibly safe. We even saw the Easter Egg hunt on Sunday. We couldn't have asked for a more convenient, clean, comfortable stay. THANK YOU!
