This 3bd 3 ba bungalow style 1900 square foot home is located in the gated community of PGA West. Just 25 minutes from the Palm Springs Airport, your desert retreat has all the comforts of home with two master suites (with King bed and ensuites) and another huge third bedroom(Two queen beds) w/third full bath across the hall. The third bedroom doubles as an office, providing free wireless Internet access, basic supplies and a color printer for your use. Tastefully decorated, this unit is perfect for entertaining and families, it has a large living room with wet bar, pull out sofa bed and fireplace as well as a separate dining room. We have supplied all the basics to ensure you can settle right in and enjoy the valley. The private patio offers a gas BBQ and plenty of seating to admire the breath taking views of the mountains or the course. Steps to community pools and spas this condo is safely located in a gated community for enhanced safety and supported by perimiter cameras.

We enjoyed our time here and appreciated how communicative Gordo was before our stay and during! It was nice to have a kitchen stocked with supplies and a grill outside since we did cook some meals. We liked how quiet the community was during the day before we headed off into Coachella!

We really enjoyed the condo, very spacious, well equipped, comfortable and in great condition. Gordo was an amazing accommodating and attentive host. We brought our dog and it was let friendly and so lovely. Highly recommend staying here great location.

Perfect place to stay if you are looking to stay in the La Quinta area.

Condo looks out at the Stadium golf course. The course is under renovation at the moment but once that is done, the back patio would be a nice place to observe people playing. The place is spacious, private, and clean. The appliances are newer and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you would expect and more! The host was very responsive and efficient. Totally would stay again!

Four guys on a week long golf trip. Everything in the listing was accurate. Gord was very good to deal with He answered questions promptly Very comfortable accommodation. Beautiful view

This was a beautiful location, Didnt need to use all bedrooms or baths but they were beautiful. Loved that there were drinks in fridge so we could get a drink after landing and before grocery store. Nice to have a garage to park in(couldnt have too big of a car). Gordon was very attentive to our needs and was willing to have someone come to help. Over all would recommend to anyone.

Great Golf Course Property

We stayed for the month of Oct at this property. Everything was as advertised. We had breakfast, lunch, and supper almost every day on the patio which had a nice golf course view. We even had a road runner wander by a couple of times. The appliances were all in working order, bed was comfortable, and the WiFi was definitely better than the last place we stayed at. A heated pool was only about a 1 minute walk away. Gord was very responsive and accommodating. I highly recommend him as a host and his property.

Golfing Paradise

If your looking for the perfect golf trip, this property should be at the top of your list. Well maintained, superbly furnished, and right in the heart of the PGA West community. Sadly, the Stadium Course was undergoing renovations, and was closed, but the other courses were open, and in superb condition. I take several golf vacations, each year, and this one ranks as one one of the best. The host was readily available (by phone or text) and was more than happy to help with any minor issue. I'll be back!

When we arrived at 11:00 pm, the door code in the Vrbo document didn’t work. It was incorrect. I was able to contact the owner but that took close to 30 minutes.

Great Thanksgiving Stay

This property is wonderful. We spent ten days at this beautiful condo inside PGA West. We come out to the desert several times a year and this condo is by far the best organized and well managed property we have stayed at. It has a larger than expected patio with a beautiful western view of the mountains. We will definitely be back.

Everything I could ask for!

I have been coming out to the PGA West for 20 years now. The place I used to stay at was a friends place and I was spoiled until I found Gordon‘s place. I was on the hunt for a new PGA West vacation rental since my friend sold hers. I am so glad for the change because Gordon’s place has all the amenities great location next to the pool and it’s quiet and peaceful. Having streaming services and all the amenities was just like home. Everything is clean and Gordon provides so much here for any vacation or who needs a home away from home. I will be back as long as Gordon has me.

We've stayed at many properties on PGA West grounds and like many others, this one met and exceeded our expectations. The owner Gord, was always available to answer any questions I had in a timely manner. Great location, very clean, ample supplies, easy check in/check out procedures. All beds are very comfortable, well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. The patio had comfortable chairs with cushions and the BBQ we used daily worked like a charm! Absolutely no issues at all and I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you Gord for sharing your lovely home with us - I'm looking forward to our next stay where we can take advantage of staying here once again! Spiros

We have been fortunate to travel and were quickly taken by the Coachella Valley with a vast array of activities and festivals. We love golfing, but equally enjoy the Joshua Tree park for hiking, climbing and biking. We often take our kids for day trips into San Diego, LA or to the coast for a change. Now that they are almost gone, we can break up the cold winters with a getaway to recharge in the warm sun.

Why they chose this property

We have lots of friends in the area but love this community best for its quiet serene nature and proximity to our favourite courses and amazing cycling.

What makes this property unique

Music festival goers will love our proximity to the venue as many renters choose to walk or bike over rather than fight with traffic. Our Northern exposure allows great views but also provides reprieve from the sun on hot days with the back casita allowing sun on chilly mornings.
