Great location ! Kayak to 3 sisters springs is only a few minutes... Weather was very hot ... But water was nice and cool off docks out in the back yard on canal ... Stairs were a bit challenging for us seniors ... but location was perfect...

Wonderful property that our family of four thoroughly enjoyed for 5 nights, 6 days. We were starting and ending our days with poles in the water, and the kayaks were used daily for fishing & moving about on the water. Loved the very peaceful, quiet neighborhood, and early quiet hours of 9:00 pm. We look forward to staying here again next year!

Nice man that runs the condo. Next door neighbor's dog was so much fun to play with. Place could have been a bit cleaner, but that's okay.

The location is unbeatable! Clean and comfortable. Having 2 beds in the 2nd bedroom is great for kids! A photograph of the front of the property would be helpful (it is nice to know what you are looking for). There is a lower limit of 71 on the thermostat. For me, that is warm - but for more reasonable people it is likely fine. Would certainly stay agin!

Location location location. We love our stay here on the canal. Three sisters springs is a 5 minute paddle down the canal and we enjoyed going in the evening and had it ourselves for 3 nights in the row. Pete was a wonderful host. He was very quick to respond to my messages and very kind. We had a problem with a light downstairs and he came right over to fix it. Bess were clean and comfortable. Kitchen had basic amenities. The place could use a good cleaning but over all for the price and location we was ok with it. Neighbor was very sweet. Over all I would definitely come back here.
