Plenty of shade to protect you from the heat and outdoor living that allows for multiple areas to gather and socialize.

Our host Tracy was very accommodating. The house was so beautifully decorated and it had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and convenient to stores and restaurants. Our favorite hangout area was the outdoor patio, pool and hot tub. We would highly recommend staying at this oasis.

We had the most incredible stay at Tracy’s VRBO. It was truly one of those places we didn’t even want to leave.The layout was absolutely perfect for our entire family. Everyone had their own space to relax while still feeling connected in the main living areas. It made the whole trip feel effortless and comfortable, which is rare when traveling with a group.The location couldn’t have been better. It was close to everything we needed, yet still felt peaceful and private. It gave us the best of both worlds.The decor was beautiful and thoughtfully done. It felt stylish, welcoming, and elevated without being overdone. You can tell Tracy really cares about creating a great experience.The outdoor space was a highlight for us. The pool area was so fun and inviting, and we spent so much time out there relaxing, soaking up the sun, and just enjoying being together.Tracy was amazing. She was kind, responsive, and easy to communicate with. Everything felt seamless from start to finish.We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, beautiful, and well located home for a group getaway.

The home itself is what truly makes this stay exceptional. From the moment you walk in, it feels less like a rental and more like a thoughtfully designed home where every detail has been considered. The décor captures a warm, elevated desert vibe that is both comfortable and inviting. The outdoor spaces are standout, with a peaceful patio perfect for morning coffee, stretching, and quiet moments, and a separate area built for fun with a pool and slide, fire pit seating, and a dining space ideal for gathering. The hot tub was a favorite for winding down in the evenings, with strong jets that made it hard to leave. Inside, the bathrooms are beautifully updated, and the shower was a highlight, my son said it felt like a massage. The kitchen is fully stocked with high-quality dishes and equipment, making it easy to cook and enjoy meals at home. We found ourselves staying in more than expected, simply enjoying the space and spending quality time together. Located in the charming community of Litchfield Park, where you can stroll to coffee, golf, and neighborhood amenities, this home delivers exactly what you hope for and more.
