Serenity on Seneca House - A Slice of Paradise In the Heart of the Finger Lakes.

This unique year-round home is situated overlooking Seneca Lake. There is a large yard and the property has 200 feet of lake frontage with direct lake access and a small private beach.

Every room in the house has lake views. There is a large kitchen overlooking the lake with modern stainless steel appliances.

The living room has a wood burning fireplace that rises to the top of the vaulted ceiling. There is a beautiful view of the lake through the custom french doors.

The master bedroom features hardwood floors, a King size bed and exceptional views of the lake. The large guest room has a California-King size bed with views of the large yard with its magnificent Oak tree and lake views south towards Long Point and beyond.

There are two modern baths with a tub/shower in the guest bath and an over-sized 4' x 4' shower in the master bath.

The home features a wrap-around deck overlooking the lake, parking for 3 or more vehicles and a large yard to enjoy.

There is a private beach with easy access down a wide path and the beach has a gentle slope into the lake for wading and swimming.

Located on a town road the home is very easy to access and is conveniently located just 8 miles south of Geneva and 25 miles north of Watkins Glen in the heart of the Finger Lakes wine region.

Spacious house with a great view of the lake. We had our three young children with us, and it was perfect. Used the kayaks and pedal boat almost every day, and the wood burning fireplace was an added bonus!

The property fit our needs well. We had 4 adults and our 2 year old granddaughter in our group. The bedrooms were good size and the beds were comfortable. The views from the decks were wonderful and we were treated to some great sunrises. We traveled to Watkins Glen State Park and spent time at some of the wineries. This property was located right on Seneca Lake and provided excellent views of the lake and easy access to local attractions. The only disappointment was that the private beach wasn't accessible due to extremely high water levels in the lake. The property was clean and though others commented that the furniture was older we found it charming. Beds in both bedrooms were comfortable and had very nice linens. James, the host lived right next door and he and his dogs came over to welcome us when we arrived. Thank you for a very nice stay. Looking forward to returning in the future.

We had a fantastic stay at the Serenity house! It was a wonderful getaway for our family. The house had beautiful views of the lake and we enjoyed soaking in the scenery. It had all of the amenities needed and more. James was a wonderful host and we look forward to our next visit.

Great experience.

We loved the property, and Jim was a fantastic host. The kitchen is well stocked, everything you need to cook, which we always do. Great deck views, great dock, and so many things to do nearby. We would definitely stay here again.

Jim was a great host and very responsive. The home was clean, quiet, comfortable and well-stocked. We enjoyed campfire smores on the private beach. Close to many great wineries and breweries.

The house was perfectly located as we enjoyed the Finger Lakes Wine Trail. We stayed with our friends and the house was nicely equipped for all our needs. A special treat was the chairs and fire pit stocked with wood down at the waters edge. We enjoyed sunrise fires a few mornings. We definitely will be back! Jim was very communicative and a fabulous host.
