Hi there - I did not want to leave a negative review; however, I felt the need to share our experience. Unfortunately, our stay from March 25–30 did not meet expectations. The unit was not as described or pictured in terms of cleanliness or overall presentation.The most noticeable issue was the condition of the floors—they were visibly dirty upon arrival, which immediately impacted the overall experience. The bathroom was also not properly cleaned, and the space in general felt disorganized and not well maintained. The towels provided were tattered and worn, which further reflected a lack of attention to guest readiness. Additionally, the area under the bathroom sink was dirty and appeared uncleaned, which was concerning.Storage was also an issue. The hall closet was not well organized and did not provide usable space, leaving little to no room to unpack and put away clothes during our stay.Additionally, the property was undergoing landscaping work during our stay. The grass was being removed and replaced with rock, and as a result, there was dust and debris throughout the area, which carried into the unit. This was not disclosed ahead of time and further detracted from the stay.Overall, the condo did not feel “charming” or thoughtfully prepared for guests. With better cleaning standards, improved organization, and clearer communication about ongoing work, this could be a much better experience.
