The Space:

After a day of exploring nearby parks and attractions, you return to a spacious, quiet retreat where the soft glow of the balcony invites a moment of stillness. Evenings unfold on the patio or in the living area, perfect for winding down together.



Sleeping arrangements

Four bedrooms each feature a queen bed, providing comfortable private spaces for up to eight guests. Every bedroom is paired with its own full bathroom, allowing smooth morning routines and added privacy for families or groups.



Living area

The open‑plan living room offers ample seating for relaxing, watching TV, or sharing conversation after a day out. Large windows let natural light fill the space, creating an inviting atmosphere for both quiet evenings and lively gatherings.



Kitchen & dining

A full kitchen equips you to prepare simple meals, with a breakfast nook for casual mornings and a dining area for shared meals. A washer and dryer are conveniently located within the unit, adding ease for short stays or longer visits.



Outdoor space

Step onto a small patio or balcony that seats two, ideal for a breath of fresh air or a quiet coffee break. A BBQ grill is available for easy outdoor cooking whenever the mood strikes.



Community amenities

Situated on the third floor in Lutz, the home is minutes from the University of South Florida and close to popular attractions such as Busch Gardens Tampa, MOSI, and local parks. The convenient position makes it easy to enjoy both quick outings and relaxed days nearby.

This pet‑friendly home suits families, groups, or longer stays of 28 days or more. Self check‑in with a smart lock offers flexibility, while a dedicated workspace and thoughtful essentials throughout support a comfortable, independent stay.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home.

Feel safe & right at home as you enter the gated community with security guard. You will have 3 spots available for you to park, not assigned, first come first serve - spots are labeled "Visitor". Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules.



The Neighborhood:

Suburban residential streets blend with a bit of urban charm in Tampa Palms, a pristine neighborhood just 14 miles northeast of Tampa, Florida. A short drive separates you from exploring the Florida Aquarium, dining at famous restaurants, and enjoying riverfront views at Tampa Riverwalk! Though Tampa Palms’ wooded streets give it a suburban look, the numerous apartment complexes, restaurants, shops, hospitals, and various businesses add some urban flair to the area.



Just south of town, discover University Mall with all of the mall classics—from a delicious food court and large movie theater to major department stores and popular retailers. A few miles further south, you’ll find Busch Gardens Tampa Bay and Adventure Island.



Getting Around:

We are located in a prime area near major freeways like I-275 and I-75 for ease of commuting. Our ideal location is close to shopping, dining, and entertainment like Violet Cury Preserve. The excitement of big city activities in Tampa is well within reach.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.

A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $30 per night (capped at a maximum of $150). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please note that the community pool and all other community amenities are managed and maintained exclusively by the community. We do not provide access to the community's amenities.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
