Sleeping arrangements

Four queen bedrooms each enjoy a private full bathroom, giving every guest their own quiet retreat. The beds are sized for a restful night, and the layout on the first floor makes access effortless for all ages.



Living space

The large living area comfortably seats the entire family, with a layout that encourages conversation and shared moments. A small patio off the living room offers outdoor seating for two, perfect for a morning coffee or an evening breeze. Free washer and dryer are tucked nearby for convenient laundry.



Kitchen & dining

A full kitchen is stocked with everything needed to prepare simple meals, from pots and pans to basic utensils. A breakfast nook within the kitchen and a separate dining area provide inviting spots to sit down and share meals together.



Community amenities

Guests enjoy exclusive access to a range of shared facilities. Take a dip in the community pool, work out in the fitness center, or unwind in the clubhouse lounge. A basketball court, walking/biking trail, and grill area invite active recreation, while a nearby gym offers additional workout options. Security guards at the gated entrance add an extra layer of peace of mind.



Location & nearby attractions

The unit sits just five minutes (2.2 mi) from USF, eight minutes (4.2 mi) from MOSI, and eleven minutes (4.5 mi) from Busch Gardens Tampa. Nature lovers will appreciate Takomah Trail Park, a ten‑minute drive (5.1 mi), and Lettuce Lake Park, thirteen minutes away (5.9 mi), both offering easy access to outdoor exploration.



Parking & access

Three visitor‑labeled parking spots are available on a first‑come‑first‑serve basis, providing convenient room for your vehicles. Throughout your stay you have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and all community amenities, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing getaway.

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home.



Feel safe & right at home as you enter the gated community with security guard.



You will have 3 spots available for you to park, not assigned, first come first serve - spots are labeled "Visitor". Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



Please note that the photos displayed for our units are intended to represent the general amenities and features of the properties. However, furnishings, decor, and appliances may vary from what is shown. The images may not accurately reflect the current state of the unit.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $30 per night (capped at a maximum of $150). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please note that the community pool and all other community amenities are managed and maintained exclusively by the community. We do not provide access to the community's amenities.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
