The Space:

Morning light filters through the windows, casting a gentle glow over the calm, spacious interior. You linger over coffee at the kitchen counter, feeling the day stretch out with plenty of room for everyone. After a day of exploring, you gather on the modest patio for a quiet moment, then drift back inside to unwind in a living area that feels both open and intimate.



Sleeping arrangements

Four bedrooms each hold a queen bed, and every bedroom opens onto its own full bathroom. The private baths and fresh linens make it easy for families or groups to settle in without crowding, while the layout keeps the space feeling airy.



Kitchen & dining

A full kitchen offers ample counter space and all the essentials for simple meals, from quick breakfasts to shared dinners. A breakfast nook tucked into the kitchen and a nearby dining area provide comfortable spots to reconnect over food.



Living space & work

The generous living area invites you to relax together, with a TV for downtime and a dedicated workspace equipped with Wi‑Fi for remote work or study. Air conditioning and heating keep the temperature just right year‑round, and a washer and dryer inside add convenience for longer stays.



Outdoor & shared amenities

Step outside to a small patio that seats two, perfect for a quiet coffee or evening glass of wine. As a guest you also enjoy community amenities: a pool, gym, clubhouse lounge, basketball court, walking and biking trails, and an outdoor grill area. These shared spaces add variety while the unit itself remains peaceful and uncluttered.



Location

The property sits on the outskirts of Lutz, a short drive from the University of South Florida, MOSI, Busch Gardens Tampa, and nearby parks. The convenient setting makes it a practical home base for exploring the area’s attractions.

Families, groups of friends, and guests planning longer stays will find the layout and amenities ideal. The unit is pet‑friendly and welcomes long‑term stays of 28 days or more. Self‑check‑in via a smart lock and free on‑site parking keep arrivals and daily comings and goings simple and stress‑free.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home.



Feel safe & right at home as you enter the gated community with security guard.



You will have 3 spots available for you to park, not assigned, first come first serve - spots are labeled "Visitor". Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



Please note that the photos displayed for our units are intended to represent the general amenities and features of the properties. However, furnishings, decor, and appliances may vary from what is shown. The images may not accurately reflect the current state of the unit.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $30 per night (capped at a maximum of $150). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please note that the community pool and all other community amenities are managed and maintained exclusively by the community. We do not provide access to the community's amenities.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
