Spectacular Views over Lake Michigan from Luxury 2BR/2.5BA Townhome on Sand Dune

Minimum rental period is 1 month with contract, and all guests must be members of the same family.

Unwind in walking distance to New Buffalo at this luxury townhome on a sand dune with awesome views over Lake Michigan either from the deck, living room or bedroom.

The townhome is only a 20 minute walk from the Amtrak station in New Buffalo and trains from Chicago Union Station only take 1¼ hour. Alternatively, South Shore Line trains from Chicago's Millennium station stop at Michigan City which is just a 15 minute Uber or Lyft ride away.

The townhome was just recently totally remodeled to a very high standard and has 2 cozy bedrooms - one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed. Both bedrooms are equipped with work stations and external monitors for those who need to work or host conference calls in privacy. And, each bedroom has a private en-suite bathroom with all the essentials. The master bathroom has a shower with 2 shower heads and a handheld, while the guest bathroom has a bathtub with a shower head and a handheld besides the tub spout.

The living room has a comfy full-size sofa bed for additional sleeping space, and a wood burning fireplace. The media center has a 55" smart TV connected to a Marantz stereo wired to brand new high-fidelity 12" woofers, mid-ranges and tweeters housed in vintage audio speaker cabinets for amazing sound quality. WiFi and cable TV stations are provided by Comcast.

The new kitchen is a joy to cook in with custom wood cabinets and all new appliances from Fisher-Paykel and Bosch, as well as a Weber Genesis propane grill on the deck. For your morning coffee, choose between a Keurig for a single cup or a Ninja 12-cup pot of coffee.

Relax on the private outside deck perched high above Lake Michigan for spectacular views all day long, and especially at sunset.

Guests have access to onsite amenities: swimming pool, sundeck, promenade, tennis courts, pickle-ball courts, basketball, playground, and acres of wooded walking trails.

Swimming Pool is generally open only from Mothers Day to Columbus Day.
