This oceanfront condo features 3 bedrooms and 1 open sleeping area, comfortably accommodating groups of up to 8 adults. With 2.5 bathrooms, your stay will be comfortable and convenient.

Step outside to enjoy the beach and the famous Ocean Front Walk boardwalk, or take a short stroll to Mission Bay.

100 yards away is a full basketball court and many beach volleyball courts for hours of fun.

The beach is perfect for swimming and surfing.

A short walk or bike ride to the Belmont amusement park with a roller coaster, a 5-minute drive to SeaWorld, and a short drive to both the San Diego Zoo and Safari Park. Downtown San Diego and the airport are conveniently only 8 miles away, making this the perfect base for both adventure and relaxation.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Take trash to the Trash Bin located on the ground floor in the alley on the Northwest side of the building. To access the trash room, enter the code: 4791 on the keypad.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10 PM to 8 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and residents.
