The home features three bedrooms—one with a king bed, and two with queen beds—all dressed in high-end linens. Each room includes convenient charging blocks on nightstands, extra blankets, Smart TVs, and plenty of closet space. The largest bedroom also includes a dedicated workspace, offering a quiet retreat to catch up on emails or focus on business if needed.

The newly renovated kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, cookware, and utensils. Enjoy home-cooked meals with your crew at the large formal dining table that seats up to 8 guests. Guests love the enhanced coffee bar, stocked with a drip coffee maker, K-cup machine, pour-over, French press, coffee grounds, sugar, and creamer for the perfect morning start.

Off the kitchen and third bedroom, you’ll find a back deck with comfortable seating, overlooking a fenced backyard—ideal for fresh air or evening conversation.

The bathroom features a beautiful clawfoot soaking tub and a walk-in shower. We’ve stocked it with plush towels, makeup towels, and Tommy Bahama bath products (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion).

Additional conveniences include a full-size washer and dryer, central heat and air, and supplemental window AC units to keep the home comfortable during hot Kansas City summers.
