The home was great! Location was also very good. Area restuarants covered all our desires! Wonderful trip to see our grandson get his promotion into the Coast Guard as well as enjoying New Jersey.

We spent a great weekend down in Villas, NJ! Check in was simple and we were also offered early check in… There was an issue with the air conditioning on the first night and our host had it taken care of right away! Beds were comfortable and clean. Kitchen had everything you would need. Excellent communication from the host. Everything you need is close by. The family is already asking to go back!!

If I could give this property 10 stars, I would absolutely do it without hesitation! From the moment we arrived until the second we checked out, our experience was nothing short of perfection. First and foremost, the accommodation itself was spectacular. The room was exceptionally clean, smelling fresh and polished to absolute perfection. It was clear that the cleaning staff takes immense pride in their work, as every corner, amenity, and piece of linen was completely spotless. Beyond the beautiful space, our host was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. They communicated flawlessly from day one and went above and beyond to make sure we felt right at home. The location is a traveler’s dream. There are so many fantastic shops nearby within short walking distance, making it incredibly convenient to grab food, supplies, or souvenirs without any hassle. Furthermore, the entire property is deeply family-friendly. It offers a safe, peaceful, and highly comfortable environment that makes traveling with loved ones completely stress-free. As an added bonus, the property is in the perfect spot for day trips. We were only a quick 15 to 20 minute drive from Wildwood and the Cape May County Park & Zoo, which were both absolutely awesome and made our vacation even more memorable! Every single aspect of this stay exceeded our highest expectations. We are already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you for an unforgettable stay 10/10 stars!

This is a very nice quiet neighborhood, close to beach, short drives to different things we wanted to do. Property is cutely decorated and clean. Would stay here again.

We had 6 adults and plenty of room. House was clean and ready. Easy check in /check out. House was 3 minute short walk to beach, which felt like a private beach. Host had a wagon filled with beach necessities for a great day - chairs, boogie boards,umbrellas. The town is amazing with lots of fun activities.While we didn't have any Littles, the neighborhood is very quiet and empty street makes it easy to walk to beach.Definitely grab dinner at Harpoons on the Bay. If you go to Sunset Beach, arrive before 6pm if you want to eat.Mini golf at The Sand Trap.Lots of local parks and playgrounds.Villas Pizzeria has great prices for large cheeseThe Zoo is definitely worth a visit- take your own water (and snacks & stroller)

We had a great week at the property. It was a short walk to the beach and the owner provides a wagon which was helpful to carry everything. It was a heatwave but was no problem because the AC is excellent. I highly recommend this place.
