• Turn off all lights
• Ensure the stove, coffee maker & oven are completely off
• LEAVE THE GATE FOB ON THE KITCHEN COUNTER
• Close the door firmly.
• Pull the door toward you and press the lock button on the smart lock simultaneously to ensure it locks properly.
• Place the common area key back into the lockbox outside.
• Scramble the code on the lockbox after closing it.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
• Gate Fob must be left on the kitchen counter at checkout.
• Common Area Keys must be returned to the lockbox and the code scrambled.
• If you are locked out of the building and require assistance, a locksmith fee of $85 will be charged.
