This quintessential Cape Cod home is completely rebuilt and directly on the Beach with Magnificent Views of Nantucket Sound! Feel safe and secure as the home has a state-of-the-art alarm system and is located in a gated community.

With central air conditioning throughout, the home sleeps 10 and contains: Kitchen, Living Room, Separate Sitting Room, 4 Bedrooms, 3 and 1/2 baths and a Large Ocean Front Deck that illuminates in the evening! The Master Bathroom has a multi-jet massage shower and a 2-Person Jacuzzi with illuminating lights. While in the Jacuzzi, overlook the Beach and Nantucket Sound and listen to the built-in stereo system or enjoy the wall mounted TV. There are wall mounted Cable TV's throughout the home. High Speed Wireless Internet Access is available. You can enjoy the bumper pool table while overlooking the ocean!

Across the street utilize the Community Gated Lifeguard Protected Outdoor Swimming Pool! In this Gated Community, we also have Tennis and a Playground Area for you to utilize! Please note, the beach is private and is not lifeguard protected.

The home is furnished with all appliances including a washer and dryer, Enclosed Outside Shower and Barbeque Gas Grill. Upstairs: Master Bedroom has many windows with oceanfront views, a King Size bed and a very large sitting area. There is a private Master Bathroom. Also upstairs is Another Large Bedroom with a King Size Bed, and Separately Upstairs there is a beautiful sitting room that overlooks the ocean. Upstairs also has a large full size bathroom between the 2nd King Bedroom and the Separate Sitting Area.

Downstairs: Large Kitchen and Dining Area that overlook the Ocean, Living Room and Game Room also overlook the Ocean, and a 1/2 Bath. Then in a Separate Area Downstairs there is a Beautiful Bedroom with a Queen Bed, full bathroom and another bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds that has ocean views.

Built in stereo system in master bathroom, master bedroom, living room and decks. Listen to music stations across the United States and World! Each of the mentioned rooms can listen to different radio stations or the same radio stations at the same time! Control the built in stereo system directly from anywhere on the property - even on the Beach!

Unparalleled cape cod beach with direct access from the house. My elderly father could watch the kids and us from the house on the beach. Perfect cape getaway.. the private neighborhood.. white sand beach were amazing. House was fully equipped.. we didn’t use a lot of the amenities but they truly had so many fun toys, towels, kites for everyone to enjoy!

Directly at the private beach, a quite, clean, functional unique house with a lot of nice and special features. Sunrise and sunset direct from the house, endless water and sand at the beach. Everybody in our group liked it a lot.

Extremely messy guests. Over 5 loads of dishes left to be washed scattered throughout kitchen. He left a bad review because I called him and told him that was NOT RIGHT to leave all those dishes dirty and pans that needed to be scrubbed. Told him he would need to pay extra cleaning. We never asked him for extra cleaning money. We ate that as the extra work in the kitchen and leaving the house so messy took an extra 5 hours of cleaning that COST us the hosts. We were NICE enough not to review him. We should have as NO ONE leaves a house in that SLOPPY condition.

Perfect beach house

Our family from ages 12-70+ loved the house and beach. The teens loved the neighborhood and made friends while they were there. We all loved the fire pit, bumper pool game and sound system. The beach and deck were the stars of our stay. Dee and Joe were great hosts and responded quickly to questions before and during our stay. We hope to go back to this little slice of paradise.

Highly Recommend the Lighthouse!

Wonderful few days in the amazing Lighthouse!! We can't say enough about the location, views, cleanliness, features of the house and every amenity you need!! This is the best rental we have ever stayed in!! We were a family of ten, ages ranging from 3 to 79! The property manager Dee, met us, walked us through the house & was available if we needed anything - but we didn't !! Dee is a lovely, friendly person to work with. Will definitely return!

Great vacation on the Cape

We had a wonderful stay at this ocean front house. From the start, the hosts were very communicative and provided helpful information about the house and the area. The house is incredibly well thought out and stocked with essentials like paper products, soaps, towels, beach toys and chairs, and much more. It is so easy to enjoy the beach, walking straight out the back door, then coming back in easily and with little mess due to a foot washing station and an outdoor shower. This worked so well with our young kids, ages 2 to 9, who wanted to spend almost all of their time on the beach. The views are also amazing. We would love to return on a future visit to Cape Cod.

Birthday Surprise Perfection

Celebrated a surprise 60th birthday for my husband with our adult children. The house was perfection and that is saying a lot because it rained 3 of the 5 days we were there! Outdoor space, gas firepit with sectional sofa in the dunes and access to beach for long walks was fantastic; very clean; property manager extremely timely and thorough in communication. Kitchen was really well stocked including great outdoor gas grill and lobster pot burner. The house was thoughtfully designed for group of 10. Will absolutely return!

Amazing Property! Don’t pass up the chance to stay here.

There are too many good things to list about this property and the host. Dee was available at check in to guide us through the house and everything it has to offer. It was extremely clean, well kept with everything in really good condition. Plenty of towels and a ton of beach toys, chairs and games available. During our stay we were looking for recommendations and Dee was responsive within minutes. The view is unbeatable. Don’t think twice, just book it and enjoy.

Amazing Vacation Getaway for Our Annual Family Reunion

Everything we were hoping for and more! This house is amazing. The owners went above and beyond to make our stay easy and luxurious. The beach is beautiful, steps from the house and was never even close to being crowded due to the private community is supports. The water is WARM!! Very shallow out to a sand bar. Safe for all family member to enjoy! We went kayaking every day. Spent all day on the beach. Owners supplied chairs, umbrellas, games and floats. Outdoor shower was divine! We spent nights playing cards and bumper pool. Highly recommend!!

Perfect house for October

For a celebration of our 50th wedding anniversary with our children and grandchildren we chose this house on the beach in Yarmouth. The home was exceptionally clean and perfect for us. The owner, Dee thought of everything a family would need on a vacation. I can’t think of one thing that was missing. The kitchen was well stocked, towels and linens were provided as well as a game table, beach chairs and toys for the kids. Every room had a TV, however we spent most of our time outside because of the perfectly warm weather. Although it was October, we were gifted with the best week of the season! We hired a photographer for the special occasion and even he commented that this house is his new favorite beach house on the Cape. Everyone in our party would go back again and again if just to sit on the deck and look at the amazing view. Thank you Dee for providing the perfect place to celebrate!

A great home and location!

I have taken my family to the Cape about 25 times over the years. This was their favorite house and location of all of the places they have stayed over the years. The house was even better than it looked in pictures seen before the visit. Had to bring very little but clothes and bathing suits. Almost everything else was provided. Top of the line everything. My son-in-law was especially fascinated by the high end grill Definitely the place we will try to get when we return to the Cape.

Family vacation

We had a great time! The house and view was absolutely beautiful! We enjoyed being right on the beach and having the beach chairs and umbrellas already provided was a plus for us.
