Are you looking for outdoor adventure right out the door? Look no further! Our condo has trail access for hiking, biking, running and leisurely strolling right from the condo. Bring your mountain or gravel bike to explore an endless amount of trails and forest roads. Wildflowers bloom along multiple hiking trails and walking paths along the Frasier River. Wolf Park is a short stroll to tennis, basketball, pickleball, playground and a park area with a beautiful wooded trail with fitness stations along the way.

Or would you rather relax and enjoy the quiet and serenity of the mountains? We have that too—a peaceful retreat with comfy beds, a well appointed kitchen, cozy living room with a fireplace and games, three outdoor living spaces and two clean hot tubs, pool and sauna onside.

Looking to eat out and not worry about driving? We’ve got you covered with a 5 minute easy walk into town with multiple options for food, drinks and treats as well as entertainment at Hideaway Park. The Town of Winter Park offers a variety of activities including bowling, movie theater, concerts, Fourth of July drone show and events, trail races, recreation center with indoor kids pool and eating and drinking establishments like Vicious Cycle Brewery, Hideaway Park Brewery, Deno's Bistro, Smokehouse BBQ, Carver's breakfast and lunch, Moon Frog Coffee Shop, Bake Haus 232, Buddha Garden Thai, Hernando's Pizza and Charlie's Frozen Treat Shop to name a few.

In addition to trails right out the door, Winter Park base is 3 miles away with Trestle bike park, gondola rides, hiking, alpine slides and more places to enjoy food and drinks. The town shuttle runs year round allowing you to keep your vehicle in the underground parking at the condo.

Clean, comfortable condo in a complex with nice amenities. Very convenient to Winter Park mountain, the shuttle system, and to downtown Winter Park. Brian is a great host who was able to help me out when Google Maps let me down (user error). The unit had everything we needed to enjoy our three night stay. Highly recommend.

This place is lovely and clean! This condo has enough place for our family of 5, and it has great amenities. We enjoyed the jacuzzi after a full day of skiing. Our kids enjoyed the arcade. The covered garage was a plus. A successful family vacation in the book! Thank you for having us!!

This stay was flawless! The unit was very clean and spacious with super comfy beds and all the kitchen items needed to make meals and keep thing simple. The ski shuttle was super convenient, just out the garage door with ski lockers in the underground garage. The unit has fun games, yoga mats, blankets for the couch and other thoughtful touches. The hot tubs in the complex were HOT and clean! The game room was fun for the kids too. We'll be back!

Exellent property with thoughtful touches throughout! We appreciated the well stocked kitchen, lots of extra linens in the closets, easy keypad entry, and super soft towels. The location was easy to access and instructions were impeccable. We stayed to ski so the covered parking and ski lockers were wonderful. Common areas of the condo including pool, game room and lounge area were very clean. The condo itself was very clean, with one or two small oversights by the cleaning crew, and the owner was highly responsive when notified. The balcony access was fun and made it easy for the kids to play in the snow. The fireplace was a real highlight too! Excellent property and would stay here again!
