Fantastic condo for our family of 6!
We had already rented a condo for the majority of our vacation but decided to come early and this property was open for the beginning days of our vacation. It surpassed our expectations. The mater bedroom had a very comfortable bed with soft sheets. The views from the master and dining area were gorgeous. Our 4 children, ranging in ages from 20 down to 8 had plenty of room. The pool and beach were quiet and peaceful compared to the resort activity we are used to and we really enjoyed that this time. We would highly recommend this property and would stay again.

A very nice and spacious condo with a complete kitchen for cooking meals. The view was the best!
Our stay was a very comfortable and relaxing. The manager of the co do complex, Gil, was very accommodating and helpful. He was always around and very approachable if we had a question for him.Everything in the condo worked well: the water was plentiful and there was hot water in the bathrooms, the air conditioners worked in all the rooms, the tv worked well although the cable program was very limited and there was very few English programs. The pool area was well-maintained and the water was clean and warm. We appreciated all the communication we had with the owner and hope, someday, we can return for another relaxing stay.

Great view and pool but poor AC and no hot water.
Let me start out with the good things about this condo. The view is amazing! The infinity pool is incredible and we had a blast swimming in it. The condo is decorated very nicely with modern furnishings and it seemed to be very clean. The property is very well maintained and seemed very secure. There were always two or three employees walking around and the driveway has a gate operated by another person.
Now for the bad things with the condo. When we arrived, Gil the property manager told us to keep the AC in the main living area set at 21 because it had some problems. We kept the AC at 21. It stopped working and was only blowing hot air. I contacted the owner of the property and she said that she would contact Gil about the problem. He came to the condo and acknowledged that there was a problem with the AC and did not even try to fix it. During our stay the heat index was about 105 degrees and it was miserably hot in the condo. The AC works fine in the bedrooms, but the den and kitchen area were very hot.
The second problem was with the hot water. We all took cold showers because there was no hot water. Even after running the shower for 10 minutes it was still cold. The faucet in the hall bathroom didn’t have hot water either. Once again I contacted the owner and told her about the problem. She said that she would contact Gil and have him check it out. He came to the condo and told us that it was working fine. I took a miserably cold 15 minute shower that tells me that it was not working fine. I even turned the temperature control both ways just in case it was installed wrong and it was definitely cold both ways.
Overall it is a very nice condo with a few problems that need to be fixed. Looking at the previous review it seems that the condo has the same ongoing issues. I know in that review the owner said that the renter should have contacted her about the problems and she would have gotten them fixed or given them a refund. I did contact the owner, she contacted the property manager and he was unable to fix the same ongoing problems. So what now?

I'm sorry you didn't have the best experience of staying in our place. If you had contacted me at the time of your staying I would have addressed this issue with a property manager or maintenance personnel, who is always on the property. If the issue couldn't have been resolved, I would have been more than willing to compensate you to make your stay better.
At any place, things could break down, but without notifying the owner, nothing can be fixed.
