BEACH! 4Bdrm-Fire pit/patio/outdoor shower!

Welcome to Surf Lane – a quiet, lovely neighborhood just steps from Gooch’s Beach and walkable to Dock Square! This stunning coastal home has been newly renovated with a modern warm touch. Wake up to smell the ocean air as you sit on any of the many outdoor rockers or Adirondack chairs located in the beautiful and private backyard. The yard is perfect for lawn games (cornhole, etc.) and includes a
basketball hoop, large fire pit, BBQ grill, outdoor shower, outdoor dining, two decks (one covered), and a sunroom with TV overlooking the back yard. There is also a game room in the garage with ping pong and assorted other games.

There are four bedrooms; one of which is a private master suite with king bed, gorgeous
bath, and a bonus room (can be used as an office or sleeping room for infants and
toddlers).
The living room has a large gas fireplace with TV above and plenty of board games
(kids and adults) to enjoy with friends and family. The large island kitchen allows for
extra seating and also includes two ovens (one with air fryer feature) for easy vacation
meal prep and planning.
The upstairs bath includes a tub and shower and is an ample size for guests to enjoy.
The downstairs bath has a washer and dryer conveniently located behind the double
door closet.
A bonus is the large mudroom as you walk in. Leave your coolers, beach bags, shoes,
towels, etc here and walk out the back slider to rinse your feet in the outdoor shower.
It’s a great spot to drop all the stuff!

First floor:
Kitchen, dining room, sunroom, living room, half bath, mudroom, and garage with a ping pong table, toys, and beach equipment.

Second floor:
Bedroom #1: King size bed w/ full bathroom en-suite.

Beautiful clean home!

The house was spotless clean, beautiful and spacious! There was plenty of room for the whole family- the sun room was a perfect place to have our morning coffee and read a book at the end of the night. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay- and a very short walk down to the water which was a huge bonus. We would absolutely love to stay again when we return next fall!

Beautiful home

Coastline Vacation Rentals went above and beyond for my family during our time in Maine. I am so appreciative of their hard work to accommodate my family during our stay. This home was so beautiful! It had everything that we needed and more for my family of 6 adults, and 1 infant. There was so much room to spread out. We enjoyed the outside space in the evenings. The beach is just a few blocks away, and the sunsets were beautiful.
