The Little Green Cottage

Welcome to the Little Green Cottage - a fully remodeled 2 bedroom 1 bath cottage in quiet southwest Arlington neighborhood. It is minutes from AT&T stadium, Globe Life Park, Texas Live!, Six Flags and Hurricane Harbor, shopping and UTA to name a few. The cottage has all the necessary amenities for your comfort and convenience during your stay. The city of Arlington has banned short term rentals in our area, so our house is available for a MINIMUM 30 DAYS.

Living Room - Sleeper sofa, basic cable channels, Smart Roku TV available for you to log into your online streaming accounts such Netflix & Hulu and others, WiFi also available.
Bedroom 1 - Queen size bed
Bedroom 2 - Two twin beds

Just the right size. Very comfortable and close to attractions.

Wonderful Stay

An absolutely wonderful stay! The house is very well appointed and modern. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need to cook all your meals. This house is a gem and a great value. Gus the owner was exceptional. He explained everything in detail and was very responsive. I highly recommend!

It was perfect for our family of 4!

If I could add more stars I would! Gus and Rola were super intentional and helpful in our transition to moving here. On check in day Gus gave us a full tour and it was nice to meet him in person. This place was beautiful and family friendly. If there ever was a problem or if we had any questions they would get back to us right away and solve the issue. They went above and beyond doing yard work and checking in on us making sure our stay was comfortable. We lived there for 4.5 months with our two children and we loved all the park options nearby. The beds and couch were comfortable for movie nights and we loved the back yard for the kids to play in. If you are looking for a family vacation getaway and cozy charm we highly recommend this place.

Great place away from the crowds!

We absolutely loved staying at the cottage! We were there for 2 weeks while I prepared for and recovered from kidney donation. Loved having a nice back porch to sit outside and had everything we needed to feel right at home. Everything was updated and adorable! We are pretty particular about about staying away from home but we have only good memories there. I enjoyed having nice sidewalks to walk after surgery and a Kroger very close to keep the kitchen stocked. Gus was very helpful and so close if we needed him but never too much. I also liked the home alarm system that made us feel safe there until we were more comfortable with the area. We didn't use it as much as we should have the second week because we felt very safe in the neighborhood. Excellent choice for a home away from home. Thank you for all the extra special touches Gus!

Great first time experience and loved the Little Green Cottage!

This was my first time using VRBO and had a wonderful experience. Gus was very nice and was available and always on time. The house is completely updated and it makes me want to update mine at home. We will recommend this house to anyone traveling that direction as it was in a very safe neighborhood and is a home I could see myself living in. Thank you Gus for everything.

So cute and comfy!

This cottage is in a super nice neighborhood. We had a girls’ trip to see Taylor Swift and this was a great spot to land after a really long, fun day of driving in and seeing the concert. Gus and Rola are super helpful and accommodating. Thanks again!
