This 3 bed, 2 bath condo is perfect for any type of adventurer! You’ll appreciate the Moab character that is placed throughout the condo for you and up to 7 people to enjoy. You can’t beat the location, it’s right next to some of the best jeeping and side by side trails, as well as lots of hiking trails. You’ll be about a 7 minute drive from Moab’s main street, which has the bulk of Moab’s eateries and shops!
This condo has a total of 4 beds-- 3 queens and a twin rollaway. It also has the convenience of a washer/dryer in unit, 2 TVs with local cable, and wifi so you can stay connected if you need to, a private patio, and a propane BBQ grill.
Solano Vallejo has an outdoor seasonal pool that you can use as much as you would like. It is controlled and operated by the Homeowner Association. While there are specific dates that they are scheduled to be ‘open’ there can be closures caused by inclement weather and/or equipment failure. Such closures are completely out of the control of Moab Lodging and Property Management. No refunds are given because of an inability to access the swimming pool. Towels, linens, bedding, cookware and soap are all included in your stay, so feel free to pack light!
You also get your own one car garage, which is perfect for storing bikes or any other outdoor toys that you’ll be using during your stay.
No pets are allowed in this unit. If you’d like to bring a pet with you, please inquire about Moab Lodging Vacation Rentals' wide variety of pet-friendly options.
Cancellations will result in a minimum $45 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival carry up to a 50% cancellation fee, and cancellations within 2 days of arrival carry up to a 100% cancellation fee.

Fantastic! Condo was everything we needed and more. Completely furnished with everything you would need Close to all NP parks yet away from the hassle and bustle of 191. Would highly recommend and would gladly stY again. BTW.. sheets and bedding were sooooo comfortable.
We enjoyed townhouse. Was in quiet neighborhood close to main street. Very clean. We were two couples perfect with two bathrooms and bedroom on different level. We didnt do any cooking but looked like all essentials were there. We enjoyed our time there.
The unit has a very strong food smell like Indian food. There was also hair in a shower and on a pillow in a bed room. Otherwise it’s a great location and well equipped.
Great location to Arches National Park. Close to Moab, good restaurants. Quiet neighborhood, very clean, had everything we needed. Perfect for our needs!
We thought the property was nice, clean and convenient to the main town of Moab. The only disappointment was that we booked it for the pool which was not in service. Otherwise everything was good!
Everything was great but we had to keep calling property management to get check in information and didn't until the night before. When you're traveling you aren't always connected.
We had a great stay and more than enough room for the two of us. The grill and outside space was perfect. The entire unit was very clean and the location was wonderful. We’d definitely stay there again!
Great property for our Labor Day stay in Moab! It was a quiet community, close to town and great trails for us to visit! Will definitely be staying again!
This place was awesome! The condo had great style, was super clean and the patio was great for grilling out and enjoying sunsets. The kids loved the pool, which was just a few feet away from the condo. We will definitely be booking this place again!
Very clean, great area, but noisy all night with Atvs running up road next to neighborhood past 11pm. Also we had 4 adults: The rollaway was not great sleeping. 2 bunk beds in ONE BR would solve that problem. Overall a great trip.

The first thing we noticed were the incredibly dirty carpets. We don’t need them spotless, but they were noticeably filthy.
Couches/living room furniture were very uncomfortable and worn. All the doors creaked, loud upon opening and closing. Bathroom sink slow to drain. Pool code was wrong on instructions. Appliances are dated. Would be great with a facelift and repairs. Meanwhile, we will NOT be returning.

Stylish interiors & near by what we were interested in.
Hiked Arches, Canyonlands, Castelrock areas, rented bikes at RIMS Cycles (so great & helpful!) Cooked and grilled and the pool is a great spot after a hot day.
