Well located Everything worked Appliances all updated and working Comfortable sized rooms Brady our contact very responsive Close to beaches, restaurants ,’golf courses And highways Friendly neighborhood Would rent again Could use 2nd bathroom but we made it work even with 4 people

Fun in sun

The property was spotlessly clean , beautifully decorated and equipped with everything one could ever need. The owner Casey was wonderful to work with and responded immediately to any concerns. The Apple -You tube TV had issues which were beyond his control but he acknowledged that he needed to update the information he provided on how to use it.

It was a great place, just as advertised. we had our two older but still active 60 lb hounds.

just as advertised-very clean, great neighborhood close to huge park with softball, pickleball, and a place to let our dogs off leash (it probably wasnt legal, but our dogs are well controlled and no one hassled us about it). gre,at pancake house within walking distance. nice fenced in yard. the owner (Brady) was extremely responsive. Only downsides: king sized bed in master bedroom was much too soft, and some sort of dining table by the fire pit and/or the screenroom. neighbors were friendly but not intrusive-no one complained about my coonhound howling. Venice and this particular area are great.

This is a very cute and clean house conveniently located near the beach and great restaurants. It’s also within 10 minutes of Fox Lea Farm for anyone showing horses there!

We do love the house. It has everything you need. The neighborhood it's very quiet . Venice does not have alot of places to go, Venice beach personally I don't like I rather drive to Siesta Key instead. The owner very renponsive to question I had and very helpful. Things that need to improved in my point of view. The house needs ceiling fan especially in living room and better one in porch. With this summer that house did not feel cool at all during the day. Overall I would recommend the house.

Absolutely wonderful home.

My mother lives in Venice and I will be sure and check the availability of this location before looking elsewhere on my future visits. The location is good, its pet friendly, and the owners were very welcoming. On top of that the place is very nicely done, with beautiful decor and and the obviously recent remodeling done to a high standard. By way of reference I am an engineer and my wife is an interior designer, and we are not easily impressed. By way of full disclosure the only "downside" (with 4 adults and 3 children we did not find it a problem) is that it only has one bathroom. Highly recommend this place.

Great location for many beach options. Lots of nearby restaurants. Two blocks from sports complex with pickle ball courts. Great to have bicycles to ride around the neighborhood.
