Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
1. When you leave make sure door is closed all the way and press the Yale button on the top of keypad
2. The check-out time is 11 AM. late fee charge of $20. (We need time to get the house ready for our next guests, so please be considerate of check-out times)
3. Check under the bed for any belongings you might have left behind and logout of your Netflix or HBO. 4. Turn off all the lights, please leave AC on 5. Please leave the Bed unmade and on the bed.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This one bedroom has been newly renovated and has everything you need while away from home. Sanitized at every cleaning. I created this one bedroom keeping in mind what most would need while on vacation. It has beach chairs, towels for the beach, toys for the kids. Everything you would need to cook up a family treat. It has beautiful pool right on the beach. Everything is walking distance. You will never miss out on the activities as they are all around you. Enjoy the 75 inch tv on rainy days Great free internet. Free parking for 1 vehicle. Beach is steps away from the unit.
