New studio apartment, design, very comfortable and comfortable. Located in a very central urbanization, 300m. from the town of Peñiscola, in front of the beach and Paseo Mar´timo, next to the Servigroup Papa Luna hotel. It has a room with a 1.50x1.90 bed. Bathroom with a shower cabin, sink and toilet. Modern kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge, washing machine, microwave. Living room with sofa bed, plasma TV. WIFI. Ceiling fan. All new. Large terrace with furniture and awning. Similar to a hotel room but with kitchen included.
It is located on the first floor, within the private and guarded urbanization that overlooks the pool area, which is very quiet. The urbanization is located in an unbeatable location, facing the sea and the beach so that to go to the beach you only have to cross the promenade. The car is not needed at all because all services: supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants next door.
It has a large pool for adults and a smaller pool for children. Showers at the entrance of the urbanization for when you come from the beach and also in the pool.
The apartment has all the basic kitchen utensils.

Très beau studio, très bien aménagé et entretenu dans une belle résidence avec un plus un parking car en pleine saison il est très difficile de se garer. Mercedes est une hotesse à recommander, elle se met à votre disposition . Nous avons passé un bon séjour en couple bien que cela soit une station balnéaire très familiale. merci encore Mercedes pour ton hospitalité et ta gentillesse. Marta et Claude GERY

Somos una pareja con bebe que disfrutó mucho de nuestra estancia en el apartamento. El anuncio muestra fielmente el estado, distribución y ubicación del apartamento. Tanto el menaje como el mobiliario estaban en perfecto estado y el servicio por parte del propietario inmejorable. Mercedes ha estado en todo momento pendiente de que disfrutáramos de nuestra estancia. El apartamento se encuentra muy cerca de la zona del Castillo y en los alrededores encuentras restaurantes, farmacias, tiendas de souvenirs y todo tipo de comercios necesarios. Recomendaríamos este apartamento y esperamos poder volver en alguna otra ocasión.

Excellent Week in Peniscola, thanks Mercedes!

My wife and I rented this apartment for a week as we traveled through Spain with our 11 month old son. Mercedes was kind enough to pick us up when we got off the train in Vinaroz instead of Benicarlo. The apartment was very clean and well appointed. The washing machine is a great bonus. The close location to the beach is great, so is the outdoor pool and children's pool. It's an easy walk to the restaurants, grocery store and weekly farmers market. The photos accurately represent the apartment, and the condition of the unit and fixtures was excellent. Mercedes was great to deal with, and went out of her way to pick us up and show us around the city.
