It was listed as a 4 bedroom but was a 3 bedroom with a book room and air mattressesif needed. The property need major upgrades. The check in process was easy and host was always available. I was under impressed with the overall property.

You booked my property under the assurance that there would be no party, yet it was used for an underage gathering involving drinking, smoking, and other concerning activities. My neighbors reported that your 16-year-old brother was outside displaying and shooting an AR-15, a fact confirmed by the police. It is deeply disappointing that, as an adult, you facilitated a booking for minors that included underage drinking, marijuana use, and firearms. Despite the severity of the situation, I have chosen not to press charges.

Unsafe Neighborhood - Inaccurate Listing

This home located in high crime area of Tallahassee-Griffin Heights. Listing states sleeps 13, great location. All lies. Front door rusted, needs paint, kitchen cabinets missing handles/hinges chipped paint, dirty, old pots, electrical wires taped to ceiling, dirty ACVents, garbage in front of property, 1 bedroom had no bed. We walked in and out and had to look for hotel rooms. Owner stated he hadn’t been to home in 1 year and a half. This is a scam and this home should not be listed as a vacation home! Scam!
