The property also offers amenities like AC, heating, and plenty of storage space for added convenience. It is a serene, gated home with a courtyard and spacious backyard.
Close to hiking, biking trails and parks for children.

Rental includes the entire home but the Washer & Dryer are shared.
There is a Property manager who lives in RV on west side of property.

Very clean ,, and we are particular. Great view, enjoyed the 2 master suites. 1 bathroom has shower the other 2 have tub showers. Enjoyed the lay out of home. It basically has 3 living areas so we all had spaces to unwind. There were paper plates to supplement dishes which was helpful. Starter supply of paper towels and toilet paper. It was great to have Garage access with remotes!! Prompt response to questions after checking in!! I would rate this home and service as a #1 . Ps Great location to Sandia tram and easy access to to roads to anywhere!

Fred is a wonderful guest. They took such good care of the property and he is very sweet and generous. We look forward to having him and his guests back anytime.
