We loved our stay here! The interior was comfortable and charmingly decorated. It was an ideal location to go to the dog beach in Venice (30 minutes away) or to the beautiful Siesta Key beach (10 or 15 minutes away). We also really enjoyed the pool and close proximity to grocery, restaurants, and a public park with pickleball courts.

Comfortable and quiet inside, and very convenient location. However, the building exterior could use a pressure wash. I also ended up not using the balcony because it directly faces a messy neighboring porch and boarded-up window.

I am glad you found the interior of the condo comfortable. Sorry you had some issues with the exterior. Hopefully if you choose us again you will get better use of the balcony overlooking the pond. We try to offer good value for $85 per night during the summer.
