Imagine spending your next vacation just feet from the Gulf's beaches! Beach House 04 is a private, 2,800-square-foot beachfront home with gorgeous views of the Gulf from nearly every room. It has a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and roomy living area, which opens to the large screened lanai that overlooks the beach. More great views can be found on the second-floor sun deck, just off the cozy loft with a sleeper sofa.

This Captiva Island vacation rental is located in the Beach Homes neighborhood of the beautiful resort on the northern tip of Captiva Island. You'll love the great neighborhood amenities like a community pool, and BBQ grills. Live on the beach at your next getaway to paradise!

Great location but home has issues

We enjoyed the location very much, but were disappointed that the house was not maintained better for the price we paid. The following things need to be addressed and we will not be re-booking this home as a result. Many dangerously loose boards on steps and decking, nails protruding Several major water leaks on the back patio No broom in the house Dryer does not dry well Latch on screen door to back patio broken, no way to lock Electrical issue with lights flickering in master bath Ceiling fans on back porch in very bad condition Sliding door very difficult to open (bad track) Outside hose old and broken Pots and pans in bad condition, loose handles on most Front door handle and deadbolt in poor condition, not secure Saw several live cockroaches during stay Toilet leak in downstairs guest bath
