Thank you for choosing Desert Oasis Retreat! To ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable stay, please respect the following house rules. These rules help us maintain the home for future guests.

1. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in time: 3:00 PM (or later)
Check-out time: 11:00 AM (or earlier)
Late check-out may be available for an additional fee (subject to availability). Please message us in advance.
We use a self-check-in process via smart lock. Your unique code will be sent 24 hours before check-in.

2. Maximum Occupancy & Guests

Maximum number of guests: 6 (including children and infants)
No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed without prior written approval.
Additional day guests are not permitted.

3. Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours out of respect for our neighbors.

4. Smoking & Vaping

This is a 100% smoke-free and vape-free property (inside and outside).
Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises. A $300 deep-cleaning fee will be charged if evidence of smoking is found.

5. Pets
Pets are not allowed.

6. Cleaning & Housekeeping

Please leave the house reasonably tidy (dishes washed or in the dishwasher, trash taken out, etc.).
Do not move furniture.
We provide starter supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, trash bags, etc.), but you are responsible for replenishing them if needed during your stay.

7. Kitchen & Appliances

Please run the dishwasher before departure if possible.
No cooking with grease-heavy methods that could trigger the fire alarm.
Use coasters under drinks to protect surfaces.

8. Damage & Liability

You are responsible for any damage caused by you, your guests, beyond normal wear and tear.
Report any damages or issues immediately so we can resolve them quickly.
Security camera(s) are in use on the exterior of the property for safety and security.

9. Trash

Take all trash to the area on your departure day (or as noted in the welcome guide).
Do not leave trash bags inside or outside the house.

10. Outdoor fire pit

Never leave fire unattended and make sure fire is completely out before leaving.

11. General Rules

No illegal activities of any kind.
No candles, incense, or open flames (except the fire pit).
Children must be supervised at all times.
Respect the neighbors — this is a residential neighborhood.
Do not tamper with or disable any safety devices (smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, security cameras).
