Born, raised and LOVE the Finger Lakes!! Love sharing Seneca Bungalow with guests. I have always been passionate about Real Estate and have made it my career. I own and manage a few Vacation Rentals and am the Owner/Broker of a boutique real estate brokerage.
Why they chose this property
This "property" has been in the family since the 1950's as my grandparents build the first "summer structure" on the property. When an opportunity arose for me to purchase the property, I did not hesitate. I purchased the property in 2011 and completed construction of Seneca Bungalow in 2013 after a complete demo of the original "summer structure" that my grandparents had built.

Location - Location - Location. Close proximity to Geneva, near many great wineries and breweries. The lakehouse has a great level beach, and is perfectly designed to build great memories. Whether the fire on the beach after an amazing sunset. Sitting on the porch relaxing. The well equipped and designed bungalow. THE PROPERTY IS WITHOUT A DOUBT SURE TO PLEASE!!
