The Condo/apartment was in great condition. One fall back was, having to leave the sliding window open, for the air conditioning unit. Which allowed bugs and birds to fly in and out. The furniture was a little out dated and broken in. May considered upgrading furniture. Great amenities in the building. Great approximity to the downtown area, either by walking or by Transit.

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Vancouver. The location was fantastic—just a short distance to the beach and surrounded by many excellent restaurants, making it easy to explore the area and enjoy great food. One of the highlights was the beautiful beach view from the backyard. It was the perfect place to relax with a morning coffee or unwind after a day of sightseeing. Most importantly, our host, Pushy, was incredibly kind, responsive, and accommodating. During our trip, we ran into a few unexpected and stressful situations, and Pushy went above and beyond to help us, which made a huge difference and eased a lot of our worries. That level of care and hospitality is something we truly appreciated. We highly recommend staying here and would happily book this property again on our next visit to Vancouver!

Why they chose this property

Love this area due the close proximity to the mountains and the beach. In my opinion it’s the best place on the planet to be. I love being outdoors and the trails and abundant in this area. Easy access to the highway to go Whistler.

What makes this property unique

New build, close to all amenities. Seawall is just 1 minute car ride or 10 min walk down. Squamish 45 minsute car ride, whistler is an hour away. Cyprus mountain 15 mins car ride and same with grouse mountain. Downtown 15 mins but depend a on bridge traffic.
