Miffy at Glenelg hosted Bed and Breakfast
Stay at this popular South Australian beach side location. Walking distance to the Glenelg beach and Jetty Road shopping precinct. A short walk to public transport to tram or bus to the city of Adelaide. Sleeps a total of four guests in two separate bedrooms adjacent to each other. * *PLEASE NOTE - second bedroom is at extra cost to master bedroom. Second room $75 pn and is only rented to the same party / family once the master bedroom is booked. Second room must be booked for the same length of time as master suite.

PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO READ INCLUSIONS CAREFULLY PRIOR TO BOOKING

* Comfortable king size bed in a spacious 20m2 size room. All linen included.
* Ceiling fan / Oil heater
* Continental breakfast provisions with tea / coffee, toast making facilities. Small fridge (NO ice box) and microwave in master bedroom. Crockery and cutlery included.
* Only 10 minutes walk to many cafe's & restaurants for lunch & dinner.
* Guest bathroom has toilet and walk in shower. Linen included. Ironing board & iron / hair-dryer.
* 800m walk to the beautiful Glenelg beach.
* 10 minute walk to the tram and popular Jetty Road shopping precinct with cinema, shopping centre, pubs and restaurants.
* 5 minute walk to Glenelg oval - Gliderol stadium.
* 20 - 25 minutes travel by tram (tram under repair until end January ‘26); or bus to the city of Adelaide, Adelaide Oval, Royal Adelaide Hospital, Botanic Gardens or Flinders Medical Centre.
* ON Street parking (no permits or meters to stress about).
* 15 - 20 minute drive to Adelaide airport.
* Glenelg cinema is about 10 mins walk away.
* Minimum 3 night stay.
* NO washing machine or dryer facilities.

Please note, I have a second bedroom with a double bed (room adjacent to the master suite). It must be booked at the same time as the master suite at just $75p/n and for the same length of time as the master suite. Please enquire at time of booking if both rooms are required and your bill will be amended to cover the second double bed. The second room is only booked as an adjunct to the master bedroom for the same family / group at the same occupancy time as the master bedroom suite is booked .

Absolutely perfect! Miffy’s place is ideal! Beautiful garden setting with yummy tomatoes, bright and airy living space, sparkling clean and modern, well equipped area for breakfast, great location, excellent communication and everything you could possibly need thoughtfully provided. We stayed over New Years and could walk to see the fireworks. Then when unexpectedly had to come back to Adelaide to catch a flight Miffy graciously let us stay again. We truly had a perfect stay

A lovely spot with a beautiful garden . Bedrooms were clean and comfortable. Close the beach and shops. It captured the beachside atmosphere. The only thing was that there was no air conditioning, The overhead fans helped to make it more comfortable. There were portable air conditioners but on really hot days it struggled.

Glenelg is a wonderful to stay in. Many shops, cinemas and public transport available.I would like to point out a few items that could have made our stay even better.The accommodation was lovely but quite expensive. from the initial 'advertisement'. It states that the place is for 4 people for a certain cost. After accepting this we were then told that we had to pay extra for the second bedroom. I can't see how 4 people would have fitted into the 1 room so we had to pay the extra. I feel that the accommodation should have been the whole area for the stated cost, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. There was no laundry facility which was explained to us but I feel that it should be replaced as we were there for 10 days. The parking was hit and miss in the street which is not overly secure. There were breakfast foods available but there was only enough for 2 serves of muesli and the coffee ran out after a few days, luckily we brought some with us.All in all we did had a nice stay in a nice place in a great location. Thank you for that

Just what I needed!

The location was ideal for my stay and the accommodations were perfect - not too fancy and yet just fancy enough. I enjoyed the bread/toast, butter and jam breakfasts as a nice start to the day. Tea and coffee were plentiful. When the nights became a little chilly, I received excellent instructions for using the heater and there were extra blankets. I felt taken care of without being intruded upon. I was comforted that if I needed help, she was just steps away from me and yet we never laid eyes on each other. It was the perfect place to gather my thoughts after a busy touristy day. Highly recommend.
