Easy Access: The home is arranged primarily on one level, with bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living spaces located throughout the home.

Garage: The garage entry is accessible from inside the home, but the garage is not available for guest parking.


-LAYOUT-

Entry & Main Living Areas:

Garage Entry: Located to the right of the entrance. Garage access is not available for parking.

Kitchen & Living Area: Continue through the home to the fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living space.

Laundry Room: Conveniently located within the home.

Backyard: Accessible from the living room and features a fire pit, four chairs, and a large umbrella for shade. Please follow the provided instructions when using the umbrella.

Entertainment: The living room includes a full-size electronic piano and right-handed acoustic guitar for guests to enjoy.

Air Purifier: An air purifier is available if needed.

Kitchen Note: The cooktop is an induction cooktop and is designed to heat only the provided pots and pans. The cooktop surface itself does not get hot.

-SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS-

Bedroom 1: King bed, TV, and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.

Bedroom 2: Queen-over-queen bunk bed.

Hallway Bathroom: Full bathroom with a bath/shower combination, shared by Bedrooms 2 and 3.

Bedroom 3: Double-over-queen bunk bed and TV.

Guest access
Guests have access to the full home! There are a few locked closets for the owner and cleaners.

Other things to note

-HOUSE RULES-

Parking: There is room for up to 3 cars in the driveway. Street parking is prohibited. Garage parking is not available.

No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted at the property.

Pet Friendly: We love welcoming dogs! Up to 2 dogs are allowed.

Pet Fee: A $175 pet fee applies for up to 2 dogs per stay. The pet fee is not automatically included in your booking total and will be added separately after your reservation is confirmed. Please provide your pet information when booking.

Service Animals: There is no pet fee for certified service animals. As a courtesy, please let us know if you will be bringing a service animal.

Pet Policy: Please do not leave dogs alone at the home for long periods of time. Distressed pets may cause damage, and excessive barking can disturb neighbors. The beach is dog-friendly, but leash laws apply. We’d love to hear about your dogs!

Please note, when booking through VRBO there is a $500 security deposit that is released upon check out.
We understand accidents happen and kindly ask that you please notify us if an item breaks, doesn`t work, or is soiled as soon as it happens. We want to ensure we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or the next guest. If items are missing or broken guest is responsible for the charge for any item(s).

Primary renter must be 25+ and present on all bookings.

There will be a $200 fee for any late checkout that is not approved.

If there’s an excess of trash left behind and we need to arrange for its removal, there will be a $100 fee. Thanks for understanding!

Maximum 3 cars for driveway parking. No street or garage parking available.

Two dogs allowed- pet fee $175.
