• Pets: 1 dog allowed with prior approval. $125 pet fee applies after booking confirmed (not a cleaning fee).

• Same-day reservations: Check-in time may vary depending on the cleaning schedule.
• Late arrivals after 8 PM are welcome, but live assistance may be limited.
• Refunds (if applicable) are subject to a 3% processing fee for non-Airbnb reservations.
