Enjoy the convenience of 2 bathrooms with showers and hair dryers provided. A nice place to relax on the deck with a cup of coffee or cocktail & a table for 6 to enjoy meals outside. Or take a walk to the square or nearest brewery only 1/4 mile. Use the central AC in the warm months or heating with electric fireplace in the winter. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking supplies (including oil spray & seasonings), this is a great place to call homebase while you're away, we hope you enjoy your stay.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Leave the sheets on the beds. Cleaners will do the rest.
Remove any food from the frig & wash & put away dishes.
Leave the house how you found it. If you moved furniture, put it back in is original place.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Pets must accompany the guest when leaving. No dogs left alone at the house. Yard is not fenced.
Ninja electric grill must be used outdoors. Please clean removable grill pan after using.
This is a quiet family neighborhood. Absolutely no parties allowed. Our neighbors have ears and will report any parties.

The home was perfect. The special notes/signs with instructions or info were really cute and tastefully displayed.Loved the home’s setting in amongst the trees. Really close to downtown area for walking.Very comfortable too.Would highly recommend staying inn this lovely home.

Well, other than the cool blue color of our home, the uniqueness lies in the updated yet mid-century touches. You’ll love the original hardwood floors from 1956! There’s no sneaking around at night with the creaking of the floors. This just adds to the charm. You’ll love the massive picture window on the front of the house that is your window to observe the many deer that frequent the front yard.
