Our host helped us through All questions with speed and ease! The house was perfect, clean, and was equipped with everything we needed for our Thanksgiving dinner.
This is a beautiful clean home that’s very well maintained. Nice quiet neighborhood. Has a tv in every room. Can see the casino from the beautiful sunroom.
The best thing about this property is the furniture!! I have a horrible knee and what I've experienced is they put the cheapest most UNCOMFORTABLE furniture in those properties.....NOT these folks! That recliner i napped in daily! The beds were the right amount of firmness.....not to mention you can see the casino from the back door. My pug amd nephew loved running around the spacious house. We had a great family dinner around that dinning table and enjoyed coffee everyday in that sunroom. Maybe get some ant and nat traps but that was no biggie....we will be staying here every year for our nephews bday. My best friend lives 12 mins from the property and there is a grocery store just blocks away. 5 stars! Thanks you for a great stay Hugo!
The location of the property was very convenient and close to the casino, which was a big plus. The owner gave good and clear instructions on how to get checked in upon arrival. The house was on the older side, which was fine and also noted on the listing that the house was built in the 1920’s. While walking through the house for the first time I noticed that some of the pictures of certain rooms of the house wasn’t to accurate compared to the actual look(for example: the bathroom looked pretty good, but the tub/shower was very rough looking)unlike the pictures that are on the listing. I could also tell that the furniture that was in the living room wasn’t as nice as the pictures either, but that was just a minor problem. The listing talked about how the lights in the house was wired a little differently throughout the house, but it was very easy to get used to the remote control that controlled all the lights. While I was trying to fall asleep in the Master Bedroom I had dropped the remote and it went under the bed. When I turned on my light to get the remote, I had noticed a needle underneath the bed, which was a little concerning.Another mild inconvenience was spiders, which is likely to show up in a house built that long ago, but I hate spiders, so I felt on edge a lot of times lol. Other than the few inconsistencies of pictures in the listing and mild inconveniences, it was a good overall stay. The owner was very nice and was on the other end whenever I needed him.
