DeSoto Beach Terrace 2 Ocean View NO HIDDEN FEES

Two Bedrooms each with one Queen Bed, two full bathrooms, living room with sleeper sofa, day room with two Twin Trundle Beds, full kitchen, separate dining room, washer/dryer, large Terrace balcony with ocean view. Sleeps up to eight (8) people. Approx. 1550 sq. ft.

Ideal for extended families and friends and located just one house back from the beach, the DeSoto Beach Terraces provide a spacious haven to enjoy the beach and fabulous ocean views. With no Hidden fees, We have three (3) units that are designed to sleep from 4 - 8 people depending on the unit. While staying in our Terraces, you will have access to our hotel's beachfront heated/cooled pool and sundeck, beach chair, and umbrella rentals. No Hidden Fees on this Vacation rental price is Rate plus 14% tax. (however if you request housekeeping during your stay there will be a small fee, but this is at you request, otherwise housekeeping is done upon check out).

Amazing!

My friends and I had a great time at the Desoto Beach Terrace! The cottage was clean and was well stocked. The view was amazing! The only thing I wasn't happy about was the parking situation. We rode down in a suburban and it was a tight fit trying to park the suburban. My only suggestion would be to open up a bigger space for parking.

Great location, needs some TLC

There were some terrific pros with this property. Location was amazing, staff was helpful, & price was reasonable. Also, the AC worked great. That being said the property itself could use a thorough deep cleaning. Couches are old & just feel dirty. The bathrooms & floors in general need cleaned & mopped. One of the bathroom doors had a broken handle so the door had to either be shut firmly or left ajar. There wasn’t enough silverware for everyone (4 spoons), so be prepared to bring plastic ware or wash them if you have more than 4 people. The ceiling was dripping water in one spot, but they were working on roof repairs while we were there. Parking is super tight, but the staff was very helpful in showing us how/where to park.
