Experience the beauty of Lake Hopatcong from this private 3-bedroom top-floor apartment, complete with stunning lake views, a private balcony, and a grill for outdoor dining.

This historic home was originally The Martinique bar and was converted to a home in 1982.
In 2014 the entire home was completely gutted and rebuilt.

Each bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and heating, so you’ll be comfortable year-round. After a day of adventure, unwind in the bathroom’s full bathtub.

Guests have their own private entrance and exclusive use of the entire top-floor apartment. The homeowner resides on the separate downstairs level, ensuring both privacy and convenience.

Enjoy direct lake access with a shared backyard dock—perfect for fishing, swimming, or setting out on one of the available kayaks and paddleboards.

When we booked we thought we were booking the house and not an apartment at the top of the house; the listing now clearly states that it’s an apartment only.No Washer/Dryer but we found a local laundrette about 15/20 minutes away that was great.Access to the property wasn’t clear at time of booking; requires 2 flights of stairs to reach property. Bear this in mind when considering arrival/departure with luggage.Great communication with the host, great access to the lake from the dock. Great view of the lake from the apartment windows.Overall property was fine as a base for our vacation in Lake Hopatcong.

The views can't be beat. Main lake views are breathtaking throughout the year.

What makes this property unique

Many short-term rental homes are located in coves with weedy properties that you can't really swim from. Our home offers main lake views. We provide kayaks and paddleboards (with life jackets) to allow you to enjoy the lake. We also have stairs and a raft to allow you to swim in the backyard.
There is a grill on your private balcony, as well as in the backyard. We have great fishing right from our dock,
