Located just 250m from Currumbin Estuary and Pam Beach Parklands, 400m walk to beautiful Palm Beach and only 50m to public transport, shops and restaurnats only 5mins away. This home is the perfect place to explore southern Gold Coast, only 10mn drive from Coolangatta airport and some of the best surfing beaches on the planet.
This unit can accommodate up to 6 people comfortably in a perfect relaxing atmosphere where everyone can find their own chill out spot. Cook in the large kitchen or on the BBQ, dine inside or outdoors. The main bedroom has an ensuite and lounge area, the second bedroom can sleep two with slide out bed converting from a single to a king size, the third bedroom has bunk beds for the kids. No pets and no smoking.
