We've just completed renovations for this home in September, 2025! You can't beat the location of this home with CSU . 3 miles away, and a short walk to The Gardens at Spring Creek Trail. Plenty of nearby restaurants, Starbucks around the corner, and 1.5 miles to Old Town.
Please keep in mind that this is a basement unit. You can hear some footsteps from the home above.
Exterior Layout:
Parking: Driveway shared with the upstairs unit and plenty of room for everyone.
Courtyard: Freshly landscaped with rocks surrounding a grassy oval tucked back on the property for privacy
Plenty of lawn furniture for relaxing on the back patio or in front of the home.
Interior Layout:
Entrance: Down the stairs to your private 2 bedroom / 1 bath.
Front Door: Opens to the living room with plenty of seating, a large smart tv and opens into the dining/kitchen area.
Bedroom 1: Tucked in the corner of the home. Offers a plush queen bed and private working desk
Full Bathroom: Spaced between the two bedrooms. Shower only
Bedroom 2: Opposite corner on the other side of the bathroom also offers a plush queen bed
Laundry: Stackable washer and dryer are near the entrance in a corner room with a door. Detergent and dryer sheets provided.
